Waratah Day: Wildflower & Friends Morning Tech Talks

Please join us once again for a morning celebrating the release of Waratah 2018, the 2nd batch of the first modern day beer made with 100% New South Wales ingredients. It will be a morning of fundraising and learning with scheduled Tech Talks from all the producers listed below to learn about brewing local.

All day we will be raising funds for mental health support programs and initiatives for NSW farmers in rural and remote areas. Throughout the day during our event we will be accepting donations for mental health programs for regional NSW farmers. Mecca Coffee and pastries will be available by gold coin donation. Additionally, we will donate $2 from the sale of every bottle of Waratah at cellar door on the day. Last year we raised $1,000, a target we are keen to surpass in 2018.

The beer, Waratah, is a collaboration between Ryefield Hops (Bemboka, NSW), Voyager Craft Malt (Whitton, NSW), Batch Brewing Co (Sydney, NSW) and us! Each of these producers have come together to make this Australian Wild Ale made with our entirely NSW native mixed culture.

Our friends from Mecca will be there with their coffee machine slinging whatever you need to help you perk up.
