After much excitement and an incredible first phase of Pro-Am 2025, the competition with the homebrewers is now complete! With dozens of passionate entries, the battle was fierce – but the winners in each category have already teamed up with their breweries and brewed their beers. Right now, those award-winning recipes are in tank, upscaled with the support of Yakima Chief and Cryer Malt, and almost ready for you to taste on a commercial scale.

📅 Mark your calendars: On Saturday 25th October, the exclusive Pro-Am beers will debut at Hotel Sweeney’s Rooftop during Sydney Beer Week. You’ll be among the very first to try them, and even better – you’ll get to cast your blind vote for your favourite. Only those who taste on the day can vote, making this a truly one-of-a-kind experience. The results will be tallied and awards presented that evening at Hotel Sweeney’s.

But that’s not all… The NSW homebrewers will be firing up a free sausage sizzle on the rooftop until stock runs out. So not only do you get first pours of never-before-tried Pro-Am beers, you also get a free snag while you’re at it.
