The second year of the Pro-Am competition, held in collaboration with the New South Wales Home Brewers Association, was yet another fantastic celebration of home-grown talent. Our home brewers once again produced exceptional beers, teaming up with commercial brewers to upscale their recipes into brilliant, festival-ready creations.
A huge round of applause goes to the winners of this year’s Pro-Am, and an equally big thank you to our incredible supporters — Yakima Chief Hops and Cryer Malt — whose ongoing commitment makes this competition possible. I’d also like to extend my personal thanks to every brewer and home brewer who took part; we truly appreciate the time, dedication, and tank space it takes to bring these beers to life.
The talent this year was outstanding, the standard of the finalists was exceptional, and judging was genuinely tough thanks to so many remarkable beers across the categories. Cheers to everyone who contributed, and congratulations again to our very deserving winners.
